Designed and developed WeGro’s new website to reflect the company’s evolving brand, services, and structure. The platform showcases WeGro’s offerings, enables investor onboarding, and communicates impact to stakeholders through a modern, responsive UI.

As the Product Manager, I:

• Designed the complete website architecture and user experience based on WeGro’s business model and services.
• Created the full visual design system, incorporating new brand colors, typography, and logos.
• Led and managed the development team to deliver the website within three months.
• Oversaw QA, iterations, and launch to ensure alignment with business goals and optimal user experience.
